You are worth the investment.

Spending your hard-earned money on yourself can be difficult. When you also consider the time for scheduled therapy sessions, the stakes get even higher. After all, time is money too.  But what you are investing in is your embodiment of your truest self; your freedom from all that held and has the potential to keep holding you back from a better future; your ability to release the unhelpful, side step setbacks, and cut straight to the growth you were meant to embrace in order to achieve your dreams. Of course there are risks to the process but the benefits are SO worth it.

I want you to get the most out of your investment.

That’s why I want to make sure we’re a great fit before we even get started. And that’s why I make sure each person that pops into my virtual office is receiving quality care because I want you to..

1) feel valued throughout the entire therapy process 2) to find lasting change (not just a band aid). 3) transition from puzzled and devastated to insightful, at ease, and confident in record time, thanks to skills I’ve learned through hours of study and practice. I am dedicated to getting my clients back to baseline and out of therapy as fast as possible.

Initial Intake Session $130

(60 minutes)

During your initial session (or what we call the “intake assessment”), we will review all of the initial paperwork you completed before your appointment.  I’ll gather more information from you, which will include your family history, specific symptoms and presenting problems. This will help us to create goals that will help you to get the most of therapy.

Individual Therapy Session $130

(55 minutes)

After your initial session, we will discuss a specific time slot that works for both of our schedules for a standing appointment. I recommend weekly appointments until we feel that you’re beginning to make traction on your goals. For those receiving EMDR therapy, I request weekly sessions until we finish your treatment plan. This makes sure there is no lapse in treatment and you are receiving consistent, on-going care through the EMDR process.

Cancellation Policy

If a standing  appointment is canceled, I kindly ask you to choose from the following options as I have people waiting for therapy slots.   1)  make up the session the week before, 2) within the week of, or 3) the week after your missed session.  In other words, you would either do two sessions the week before, move your appointment within the week it is missed, or do two sessions the following week.  Of course, this is dependent on my late notice availability. If a rescheduled session is missed for any reason and or if none of these first three options are attainable, you are responsible for the full session fee ($130).

Questions to ask your insurance carrier:

If I’m in network with your insurance company: Do I have In Network Benefits for Outpatient behavioral health?

If I’m out of network with your insurance: Do I have Out of Network Benefits for Mental Health?

Do I need to meet my deductible first, if so, how much is my deductible?

What percentage of the session will my insurance cover?

What is the process for a superbill?

Superbill:

You pay the full appointment fee out-of-pocket and I will create a Superbill which details the service, diagnosis, and full cost of the services, so you can submit it to your insurance company and get reimbursed for a partial amount directly from your insurance company.

If you have more questions, I’ll be glad to answer them during your consultation call.
